Is it time to invest in emerging markets...specifically in Latin America?

Will these markets ever become hot again like they were in the first quarter of this year? Looking for a time to buy back in but not sure. Opinions? Please...serious intelligent answers only. Thanks in advance..

1. I think they are already overheated .. I would wait for end of the year to re-invest ----------------------------- I am not an expert, this is my personal approact to the topic
2. You are not late to make money in emerging markets like India, China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. South Asian economies Like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are growing at the rate of 8%.
3. check on fidelity.com. they have great international funds that specialize in specific areas of the world -- they also have morningstar ratings next to the funds which makes it easy to evaluate the prospects of the fund. Personally, I think everyone should broaden their portfolio to include international investments -- especially in our global economy.
4. I'm in an investment that is an indirect play on S. America. KRY Chrystallex Mining, has rights and almost all the permits for the largest undeveloped gold mine on earth. KRY is Canadian and the mine site is in Venezuela. Lots of risk, so no widows or orphans, but, when they get the final enviro permit, this one could soar, IMO.
