Financial Tunes

I have a large amount in a CD account. What are some good investment options? I'm looking to put my money in something else other then a cd. Are there any accounts at Fedility or some other investment company that my money would grow nicely in?

i need a proffetional help please.? i married to my husband 6 yrs ago. both our 2nd . he made his both sons (44 & 42 yrs old) benificiary to his fedility (stocks about $ 160,000.00 )and his retirement funds which is about 5,000.00 a month yrs before we met. his both sons recently inherit $1/2 million (each) from their grandmother (on mother side) & they also own their own business & homes. my question is what happens to me if he's gone? i don't have any savings or any investments. i work as a sales person(jewelry) & i pay for all my expenses (exccept rent and utility) and i pay for my sons collage. i make about $1,600.00 a month.we also live in state of colorado. pls help me i need to know now because every time we get into an argument he wants me to leave and get divorce. before i marry him, i had a fairly good job,with a little bet more pay than now, a nice car, and an aprtmt (rent)) i am 53 yrs old and my husband is 71, & in much better health condition than i. he is a retired engineer & very proud of himself
